Holy Saturday was the day that Christ’s body lay in the tomb. It is a special day for those who are mourning the loss of a loved one. The Holy Saturday liturgy is often overlooked, but you are invited to join us for a brief service of scripture and prayer for those who have died.

A service when we remember that Christ’s light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it. We will kindle the new fire, light the paschal candle, hear stories from salvation history, renew our baptismal vows, and proclaim that Christ is risen!
