Holy Cross Fitness Class

Parishioner Sonya Marsden, a professional fitness instructor, will be offering a weekly fitness class just for Holy Crossers. The class is a zero-impact exercise program for body toning tailored to the needs of the class. A mix of Pilates and light weights to tone abs, glutes, legs, and arms.

A mat or towel will make floor work more comfortable. Weights (or soup cans for weights) will add resistance if you want them. And a small pillow helps folks if they have it.  All are optional.
