Advent Lessons & Carols
Throughout the ages music has been used as a tool to deepen our prayers and bring us closer to the divine. We once again “prepare ourselves to hear again the message of the Angels, and in heart and mind to go even unto Bethlehem, to see the Babe lying in a manger” at our annual Advent Lessons & Carols. This service of scripture and song is steeped in beauty and tradition that is uniquely Anglican. We hope to see you there—and maybe even with a friend.

Women’s Christmas Tea
Women and girls of all ages are invited to enjoy the holiday season at our annual Christmas Tea. Bring your own teacup and a treat to share, and spend a relaxing afternoon getting to know your sisters of the parish. Have a friend you’d like to introduce to Holy Cross? This is the perfect first event. All are welcome. You can sign up to volunteer and RSVP here.
Blue Christmas Service
For many of us, Advent isn’t joyous, and Christmas isn’t likely merry. Perhaps, we’ve lost someone close. Perhaps, we’re unable to be with those we care about. Perhaps, there are times when we’re just not feeling “it,” whatever that’s supposed to be. For one reason or another, the season isn’t what we’d hoped or expected. Our Christmas isn’t white but blue.
Joy and peace are Christmas spirits, but so too are grief and a troubled heart. Join us for a special evening Eucharist and mark this holiday, whatever it's color.
