Please join the Holy Cross family in a prayerful Pysanky Workshop for Ukraine.

Pysanky, or Ukrainian Easter eggs, are a lenten tradition passed down through generations of Ukrainians as a way to contemplate and express faith and community.  Because this craft involves raw eggs, permanent dyes, and candles, participants must be 12 years or older and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The suggested donation for Pysanky decorating is $20, but donations of any amount are welcome. Holy Cross does not want financial hardships to impede your participation, but if you are financially blessed, please be generous!  All proceeds will be donated to assist humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine. Cash, checks, text-to-pay, and credit cards will be accepted.

The event is limited to 30 people, so sign up quickly to ensure your spot!

The Sanctuary will be open during this time for prayer and contemplation for those who wish to pray for those impacted by the war in Ukraine.

Please contact the church office if you have experience with Pysanky and are available to be a volunteer to help others during the event.
