Maundy Thursday Service

Maundy Thursday gets its name of the Latin mandatum, meaning command. It refers to Jesus’ last night with his friends and disciples when he left them with a new commandment: that they love one another. The service celebrates love of friend and neighbor with Scripture, prayer, and ritual foot-washing. This year, we will virtually mark the night of the Last Supper with prayerful hand-washing.
